Antonio Murta will attend the ABPI´s 38th International Congress, from August 19 to 21. The annual event is the largest in the Intelectual Property area and gather important professionals, government´s agencies and organizations involved in the Intellectual Property debate and improvement. Founding partner of Murta Goyanes Advogados, Murta will be part of the panel “A decade of specialization in Intellectual Property of the Federal Regional Court (‘TRF’) of the 2nd Region and the jurisprudential development”, where it will be discussed the challenges in achieving stability in decisions of relevant issues regarding Intellectual Property.
