Murta Goyanes contributes to the IAEL Book 2022/23
The lawyers of Murta Goyanes, Marcelo Goyanes and Danielle Gonçalves, with the collaboration of Carolina Sequerra, have contributed to the IAEL Book 2022/23 with the chapter “Trademark Rights in Latin America in Relation to Copyrighted Works and Celebrities”.
The book “International Disposition of Music Catalogs” was edited by Ken Abdo (Fox Rothschild) and Jake Abdo (Greenberg Traurig) and was just released by the International Association of Entertainment Lawyers. A copy is available at https://www.iael.org/publications/26/
