In the latest issue of EMRF magazine, partner Pedro Bulcão’s article examines and defines “Ambush Marketing” and presents cases illustrating “Ambush Marketing by Association” and “Ambush Marketing by Intrusion.”
According to Pedro, the new General Sports Law (LGE), enacted in June 2023, has had a significant impact on combating ambush marketing. However, he believes that gaps remain in addressing this phenomenon in cultural events.
