Marcelo highlights the global effort to establish clear regulations that keep pace with technological advancements, such as the EU AI Act, approved in March 2024. He also notes that, in Brazil, Bill Nº 2338/2023 was approved by the Senate in December 2024 but is still under review in the House of Representatives.
