Lawyer at Murta Goyanes Advogados, Maria Eduarda has experience with law firms, public institutions and international organizations, specializing in Intellectual Property. She served as editor-in-chief of Contexto Jurídico journal, a periodical produced by law students from the School of Law of the Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, and represented the university at the 27th Inter-American Human Rights Moot Court Competition, winning awards such as best memorial. Maria Eduarda was a member of the Private International Law line of the Center for Studies and Research in International Law (NEPEDI – UERJ) and served as was director of the Study Group on Law and International Affairs (GEDAI-UFC). In 2022, Maria Eduarda joined the Murta Goyanes Advogados internship program, from which she was promoted to lawyer, and provides consultancy and advisory services to national and international clients, focusing on Entertainment, in the areas of Copyright, Contractual and Regulatory Law for the audiovisual market.
