Maria Eduarda provides legal consultancy and advisory services to national and international clients, focusing on trademark protection, unfair competition, copyright, and computer programs. She also works with licensing, franchising, and technology transfer agreements, as well as in dispute resolution, border measures, and the registration of intellectual property rights with foreign customs authorities.
