BPTO establishes the end of the suspension of procedural deadlines.
Considering the need to resume procedural deadlines for a complete service to users, even in a not yet ideal scenario of normality due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the BPTO published in the Official Bulletin No. 2577, of May 26, 2020, that the administrative proceedings will have their procedural deadlines resumed from June 1st, 2020.
All procedural deadlines will have their counting resumed from where they left off, time that was left when the suspension period started. The deadlines not yet initiated as a result of the suspension will begin to count on June 1st.
The BPTO’s on-site services remain suspended indefinitely. Users’ inquiries will be answered only through digital service channels.
