Antonio Murta, founding partner of MGA, is in Stockholm for the 38th Annual MARQUES Conference

Antonio Murta, founding partner of MGA, is in Stockholm for the 38th Annual MARQUES Conference, a European association that, since 1986, discusses topics of interest to professionals involved in trademark protection, being one of the most respected and influential organizations in the world.

In addition to representing the law firm, Murta is also a member of the MARQUES Unfair Competition Team and will lead the workshop titled “Trade Secrets Protection: Legal Insights, Best Practices and Enforcement Strategies”, in which he will present a case and mediate the discussion among participants.

The event takes place from September 24 to 27 in the Swedish capital, and the general theme for 2024 is “The Many Traits of the Trademark Expert.” Over the course of four days, intellectual property professionals will participate in panels, debates, and workshops addressing topics such as managing communication and public relations on social media and exploring innovative experiences in the practical use of generative AI models for intellectual property services.

“It’s a great pleasure to represent our law firm at MARQUES, to bring MGA’s name to one of the largest international events in the field of Intellectual Property, and to exchange experiences with people all over the world on such important topics as trade secrets,” says Antonio Murta.
