BPTO receives 600 PPH requests in 2021.
On November 5, 2021, the Brazilian Patent and Trademark Office (BPTO) informed that the annual maximum limit of 600 requests for participating on the fast-track prosecution program Patent Prosecution Highway (PPH) has been reached.
