Partner Alice Rayol represents MGA at the AIPPI Midterm Meeting in Croatia
The AIPPI MidTerm anticipates trends and emerging discussions in the field of Intellectual Property and serves as a preview for the Association’s International Congress. The meeting in Zagreb will feature debate sessions on Artificial Intelligence, trademark registration restrictions, and the patentability of psychedelic products. The latter is the topic of the panel in which Alice Rayol Sandes participates. The session “It’s Quite a Trip – Patentability of Psychedelics,” explores the patentability of these substances from various Intellectual Property perspectives.
